Certainly, the majority of the human population can’t imagine the world without religion, for them it is soul and generations followed religions without scepticism. Humans took centuries to overcome the animal instincts and formed small groups for only survival and they indeed survived from animals, climate, hunger, disease, revolutions and from their look-alike homo species but everything changed when religion came into existence. Religion is the only concept which helped humans to unite, irrespective of race, gender and ethnicity. It brought morality, faith, power, social cohesion, strength and values but not every religion lasted and many vanished. Without religion, we wouldn’t be here and we could have done better or worse and no one knows for sure. People used religion as a tool to get followership and it worked wonderfully that’s why so many leaders rose to power and even destroyed humankind in the name of faith, most recent anti-Jewish conflict. In the last few centuries, religion showed how adverse impact it can bring on humanity. As a human tribe we always wanted something more in life hence, religion brought us together and showed us belongingness to a certain group where people feel safe but it’s fading away and reason could be a scientific revolution.

Hitherto human discovered answers through science such as how human evolved, how the solar system works, how DNA is formed, the concept of an organism, cell, gravity, speed of light, electricity, life and many more, then people started losing blind faith in religion which made science opponent of religion. In hypothetical world what would replace religion? Of course, science can’t replace because it has several known flaws. Perhaps the nation would replace the religion because people will believe in the concept of the nation just like they believed in religion.

Everything in the world divided by the humans for their advantage and will always will be divided like religions (Shia-Sunni, catholic-protestant and castes in Hinduism), ideologies (leftist-rightist, capitalist-socialist and nationalist-anti nationalist), race, social status, gender, colour and many more unless humans evolve.
