2021 – The year to forget or remember?

The last two years have been the craziest in the last century, and credit goes to COVID-19, it seemed that the world was going to collapse, and there was no way out. 2020 was the bad, but 2021 was even worst as we did not learn from our mistakes while dealing with COVID. It fascinates me that a few months back, we witnessed the worst wave of COVID, and people moved on as nothing transpired. That’s how humanity changed in the last two years. Nothing seems to surprise us anymore. COVID is showing its horror versions like Conjuring, and I don’t know how many versions are left. If I continue to write more then, I will be asked to write for WHO.

Stock Market

The hottest topic of the year after COVID was the stock market. The whole young generation went into the stock market to become the next millionaire by doing trading. The stock market always fascinates me – how it convinces people to participate without disclosing the rules and put money into it. Nowadays, everyone is talking about the stock market, and I hear quotes “Stock market is for everyone”, “Invest from your fingertips”, “It’s easy to invest in the stock market than using Instagram”. Young kids stealing money and investing in the stock market is the lowest point of the so-called campaign, “Stock market is everyone”. God bless us.

Crypto Space

The Crypto market is the cousin brother of the stock market, and it attracted people way faster than the stock market. The only difference between crypto and stock is complexity, more complex is the asset, and more intriguing it is. Many proud owners of cryptocurrencies don’t know – what exactly cryptocurrency is? One tweet can wipe out or contribute to exponential gain in currency – that’s how it works.

Governments

Across the world, governments disappointed their citizens while dealing with COVID, and it shattered the trust, but citizens moved on quickly than their governments. That’s why it does not matter whether the government did well or not, but what matters is – did we get enough drama? Millions of people died due to poor medical facilities, and we cared about conspiracy, controversial topics and sensational news.

Money

The real power of money is understood when others don’t have it when you have it. Pandemic and money heist showed us why money is so important, and rich people made an insane amount of money in the last two years. Poor became poorer, and rich became super-rich. Money is a medium of exchange, but no other medium holds such power as money. The first rule of life is to earn money, and the second rule is – grow it.

2021 was a remarkable year for me as I got what I wanted. So 2022 is about to knock on our door, and I am grateful that – we survived. See you in 2022, and let’s hope it brings joy to our lives.

  6. It’s so crazy, this.past two years. The world went through a painful trauma that hurt many families, hurt the economy, and the government.
I can’t believe we’re just going to have to move on, just like that. I just hope we’re learning the right lessons.

Most importantly, I hope the COVID doesn’t have as many horror versions as The Conjuring.🙂
